How Your Booking Works
1. Brokering Service — $150 Refundable Deposit to Begin Carrier Search
Bigfella Auto Express is a licensed auto transport broker that coordinates transportation between customers and independent, licensed, and insured motor carriers.
A $150 refundable deposit is required to begin the carrier-search and dispatch process. This deposit is applied toward your total transportation cost.
2. Carrier Assignment
A carrier assignment occurs when Bigfella Auto Express has secured a specific motor carrier willing to transport the Customer's vehicle and has communicated the carrier assignment to the Customer.
3. Final Transportation Price
The final transportation price is confirmed after a carrier has been identified and the Customer approves the final amount.
4. Payment Terms
$150 Refundable Deposit: Required to begin the carrier search. Applied toward total cost. Refunded if no carrier is secured.
Deposit + COD: After carrier assignment, service fee charged to card. Remaining balance paid to driver at delivery.
Pay in Full: Full amount charged after carrier assignment. Nothing due at delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
Before carrier assignment: No fee, deposit refunded. After carrier assignment: $250 cancellation fee applies.
6. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Customer must accurately disclose vehicle condition, modifications, and any issues that could affect transport.
7. Pickup and Delivery Windows
Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate addresses, contact info, ensure vehicle availability, remove personal belongings, inspect vehicle at delivery.

Your estimate is based on factors including route distance, current carrier availability, vehicle type, vehicle condition, transport type, pickup timing, seasonal demand, and current market rates. Because carrier rates change with market conditions, your final transportation price is confirmed after we identify an available carrier.
Standard does NOT include ongoing
status updates during transport.
