Standard

Full-service door-to-door matching with a flexible pickup window, standard carrier matching, email and phone support, and pickup and delivery ETAs. Your Direct Quote is Standard unless you add a higher service level.

Express

Optional +$150. Priority pickup window, priority carrier matching, text and phone support, and on-demand status updates. Express is not a guaranteed exact pickup time.

White Glove

Optional +$300. Specific-date scheduling priority, dedicated carrier search, a dedicated coordinator, and pickup and delivery coordination. Live GPS when the assigned carrier is equipped.

Transport types

• Open transport — standard open-carrier shipping for most vehicles.
• Enclosed transport — covered trailer for luxury, classic, and high-value cars. Adds $380.
• Door-to-door — pickup and delivery as close as the truck can legally and safely get.
• Inoperable vehicles — winch-equipped handling. Adds $200.
• White Glove — priority matching when timing is tighter.
• Classic and exotic — enclosed shipping for collector vehicles.

The national services hub remains at car shipping.

How a service level is different from the trailer

Standard and White Glove change how urgently Bigfella coordinates the search and how closely the shipment is followed. Open and enclosed change the trailer. You can ask for Express and still ship open. You can select enclosed without treating that as a dated delivery. None of these options names a clock time for pickup.

The Direct Quote prices the combination you select. Booking the request is $0. You review the assigned carrier and the final price before payment. If a Route Pool is listed open and the vehicle fits, that listing is a separate option. It is not applied to every service level automatically.
