What door-to-door means in practice
Bigfella generally coordinates door-to-door transportation when pickup and delivery locations are accessible to the carrier. The driver communicates directly to set a window and a meeting point.
Large auto transport trucks cannot safely enter every residential street, parking garage, gated community, or restricted lot. If the carrier cannot access the requested address, the driver may arrange a nearby meeting location with room to load or unload. That is still the door-to-door model for dense cities — New York, Boston, San Francisco, Miami Beach, and similar markets use this pattern constantly.
A terminal drop is not the default. You do not have to drive to a rail yard unless access makes a nearby lot the only safe option.
Inspection at pickup and delivery, with photos where the carrier supports them, establishes the vehicle’s condition on both ends.

Will the truck pick up in front of my house?
If the street can legally and safely take the trailer, that is the plan. If it cannot, the driver will meet you a short distance away at an accessible location.
