Before you submit the request

Personal items should be out of the car before pickup. Open and enclosed are different trailers. Express and White Glove are service levels, not a dated delivery.

You can cancel at no charge before a carrier is assigned. After assignment, a $250 fee applies when you cancel for reasons within your control. That fee does not apply if Bigfella or the assigned carrier cannot complete the shipment.
