Five steps. You see the price first. You approve the carrier before the vehicle moves and before the card is charged.
The process
Get your price
Enter pickup, delivery, and vehicle details. You receive a Direct Quote. Email is required so we can send the quote. $0 is charged today.
Choose your service
Standard, Priority/Express, or White Glove. Open or enclosed. Operable or inoperable. Those choices are in the number you see.
Approve the carrier
Bigfella matches vetted, insured carriers. You review carrier information and the final price before dispatch. If you do not approve a carrier, you are not charged.
Vehicle pickup
The driver coordinates a legal, safe meeting point. Inspection and documentation establish condition. Photos where the carrier supports them.
Vehicle delivery
The same inspection pattern on arrival. Tracking may be available depending on the carrier and equipment.
Typical transit is a range. Weather, traffic, carrier availability, and other vehicles on the same load can change the window. We do not guarantee a delivery date.
