Privacy Policy
This page describes the information Bigfella Auto Express collects when you request a quote, book transportation, create an account, or contact us. It restates the data practices already used on the website. It is not a new privacy program.
Information we collect
When you use the quote form, booking checkout, account pages, Route Pool interest form, parking form, or the Need Help form, we collect the details you submit. That typically includes name, email, phone, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details, service choices, referral codes, and messages.
If you book transportation, Stripe processes your payment method. Bigfella receives a card-on-file authorization, not your full card number. If you create an account, authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
How we use it
- Calculate and save your estimate
- Send quote and booking emails through Resend
- Coordinate carrier assignment and shipment updates
- Operate customer accounts, referrals, and support tickets
- Prevent spam and duplicate submissions
Who receives it
Quote and booking notifications go to the Bigfella operations inbox at hello@bigfellaautoexpress.com. Customer emails go to the address you provide. Carriers receive load-request details needed to bid or accept a shipment. They do not receive your payment card data.
Retention and questions
We keep quote, booking, and account records as long as needed to complete a shipment, meet legal and insurance requirements, or maintain your account. To ask a privacy question, email hello@bigfellaautoexpress.com or use the Need Help form.
