Terms of Service
These terms restate the Auto Transport Agreement already shown during booking. Submitting a booking means you accept that agreement.
Estimates and final price
Any website price, including an instant estimate, is an estimate and is not a guaranteed carrier price unless expressly confirmed in writing after shipment review. Pricing may change based on carrier availability, market conditions, route demand, pickup and delivery requirements, vehicle size and condition, operability, special equipment, timing, route changes, or other circumstances. The final transportation price is confirmed after Bigfella identifies an available carrier. You review and approve the final carrier and price before payment.
Booking and payment
$0 is due to submit a booking. Your payment method is saved. Nothing is charged until you approve the assigned carrier and final price. Once approved, the applicable Bigfella Price Lock holds the approved price for 30 days, subject to the terms of the shipment and any customer-requested changes.
Brokerage role
Bigfella Auto Express is a licensed auto transport broker. We market the shipment, contact and negotiate with carriers, and coordinate pickup and delivery. The assigned motor carrier performs the physical transportation. Cargo insurance applies according to that carrier's policy.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate vehicle, address, and contact information; make the vehicle available during the pickup window; disclose inoperable or modified conditions; and inspect the vehicle at delivery. Failure to disclose material details may result in additional charges, delays, carrier refusal, rebooking, or cancellation.
Cancellation
You can cancel at no charge before a carrier is assigned. After a carrier is assigned, a $250 cancellation fee applies when you cancel for reasons within your control. The $250 fee does not apply if Bigfella or the assigned carrier cannot complete the shipment. See the cancellation policy.
