1 Payment Terms
- 20% Deposit (Non-Refundable): Required once a carrier has been assigned.

80% Balance:
Automatically charged to your card on file 24 hours before pickup.
(Vehicle will not be released without full payment) - Failed Payments: If automatic charge fails, you must pay via cash or Zelle at pickup (+5% late fee).
Note: Unpaid balances after 7 days will be sent to collections with a 20% fee.
2 Final Quote Guarantee
The quote provided to you upon booking is the final quote for your shipment. There will be no additional costs, hidden fees, or surprise charges. The total amount quoted includes all applicable costs for the transport of your vehicle, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
3 Agreement to Dispatch
By signing this agreement, the customer authorizes Bigfella Auto Express to list the vehicle for dispatch on nationwide carrier boards to secure a transport carrier.
4 Vehicle Condition
Customers must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle being transported, including its operability. If a vehicle is inoperable or has been misrepresented, additional fees may apply. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any toll devices are deactivated before transport to avoid incurring toll charges.
5 Pickup and Delivery Windows
Bigfella Auto Express and its assigned carriers will make every effort to meet the estimated pickup and delivery windows provided at the time of booking. However, these estimates are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen delays. Compensation for delays may be offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the level of inconvenience caused.
6 Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for preparing their vehicle for transport. This includes:
- Removing personal belongings: Vehicles must be free of any personal items before transport. Bigfella Auto Express and its carriers are not liable for any personal property left in the vehicle.
- Providing accurate contact information: The customer must provide correct contact details for both the pickup and delivery locations.
- Ensuring presence at pickup/delivery: The customer or a designated representative must be present at both pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
7 Insurance Coverage
All carriers assigned by Bigfella Auto Express are required to maintain active cargo insurance policies with a minimum coverage of $250,000. While in transit, your vehicle is covered under the carrier's insurance for any damage resulting directly from the transport process.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the vehicle thoroughly upon pickup and delivery. Any damage must be documented and noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery and reported immediately to initiate a claim. Failure to do so may result in denial of the claim.
Bigfella Auto Express is not liable for damages caused by personal items left in the vehicle, mechanical failures unrelated to transit, or acts of nature (e.g., hail, flooding, etc.). We assist in facilitating insurance claims but are not responsible for the carrier's claims process or coverage decisions.
8 Cancellations and Refunds
- More than 24 hours before dispatch: Full refund of any deposit paid.
- Within 24 hours of dispatch: Deposit is non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- After vehicle has been picked up: No cancellations or refunds. Transport is in progress.

9 Cargo Insurance Coverage
Cargo insurance is provided by the carrier to cover specific risks while the vehicle is in transit.
What Cargo Insurance Typically Covers:
- Damage to the vehicle during transit caused by accidents or external factors
- Repairs for damage incurred while the vehicle is in the carrier's possession
- Replacement costs for a vehicle if deemed a total loss during transport
- Theft of the vehicle during transit
What Cargo Insurance Does Not Typically Cover:
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
- Personal items or belongings left inside the vehicle
- Damage caused by acts of nature unless specifically covered
- Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to external damage
10 Carrier Liability Coverage
Carrier liability insurance provides protection for damages or injuries caused by the carrier's truck or trailer during the transport process.
What Carrier Liability Insurance Typically Covers:
- Damage to other vehicles or property caused by the carrier's truck
- Bodily injury to third parties caused by the carrier's truck
- Legal defense costs for claims resulting from accidents
What Carrier Liability Insurance Does Not Typically Cover:
- Damage to the vehicle being transported
- Damage to personal items left inside the vehicle
- Damage caused by acts of nature unless explicitly covered
11 Force Majeure
Bigfella Auto Express is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, acts of terrorism, or government actions. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to resume service as soon as possible.
12 Limitation of Liability
Bigfella Auto Express is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, vehicle damage, or unforeseen events during transport. Our liability is limited to assisting with the claims process for damages covered under the carrier's insurance policy.
13 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation. Any legal action must be filed in the state of Texas, and Texas law shall govern this agreement.
14 Agreement Acknowledgement
By booking with Bigfella Auto Express, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service outlined above. This agreement is binding upon signature or payment of any deposit related to a transport order.
