How door-to-door auto transport works

4. Vehicle pickup
The driver contacts you before pickup and completes the required vehicle inspection documentation.
5. Vehicle delivery
Your driver coordinates delivery and completes the final inspection documentation.

Can a car really be delivered directly to my door?
Not always directly in front of your house.
Large auto transport carriers need adequate space to safely enter, load, unload, and exit. If a residential street is too narrow, restricted, congested, or otherwise unsuitable for a large carrier, the driver may arrange a nearby safe and accessible meeting location.
The goal is to get as close to your requested address as practical. A terminal drop is not the default.
