What Happens on Pickup Day
Pickup is a window, not a promised minute. The driver is running a multi-car load. Weather, the last stop, and street access all move the hour.
The day of
- Someone with a key is reachable.
- The car is unlocked or the key is with that person.
- You walk the inspection with the driver when you can.
- If the street cannot take the trailer, you meet at the lot you already discussed.

After it leaves
Transit is a range. Tracking depends on the assigned carrier and equipment. You approved that carrier before the card was charged.
