Shipping a Car You Bought Online
Buying out of state is a normal reason to ship. The process is the same Direct Quote. The messy part is the pickup address you do not control.
What we need
- The real pickup ZIP (dealer lot, auction, or seller’s street).
- Year, make, model, and whether it runs, steers, and brakes.
- Open or enclosed. Inoperable if it will not load under its own power ($200 add-on).
- Someone at origin who can meet the truck or leave it in a lot the trailer can enter.
Dealer and auction lots are often easier than a private driveway. See dealer auto transport.
Title and payment
We move the vehicle. We do not hold title or escrow the purchase. Pay the seller and handle plates on your side.
Long hauls
Coast-to-coast purchases pair well with ship a car across country and the state-to-state corridors.
